SARDAR WITH BRAINS - Jokes

A Sardar and an American are seated next to each other on a flight from
Los Angeles to New York . The American asks if he would
like to play a fun-game.

The Sardar, tired, just wants to take a nap, so he
politely declines and
rolls over to the window to catch a few winks.

The American persists and explains that the game is easy
and a lot of fun.

He says, "I ask you a question, and if you don't know
the answer, you pay me $5, and vice versa."

Again, the Sardar declines and tries to get some sleep.

The American, now worked up, says, "Okay, if you don't
know the answer, you pay me $5,
and if I don't know the answer, I'll pay you $500."

This gets the sardar's attention and, figuring there
will be no end to this torment,
agrees to the game.

The American asks the first question, "What's the
distance from the earth to the moon?"

The Sardar doesn't say a word, reaches into his wallet,
pulls out a $5 bill and
hands it to the American.

"Okay," says the American, "Your turn."

So the Sardar asks, "What goes up a hill with three legs
and comes down with four legs?"

The American thinks about it. No answer.

Puzzled, he takes out his laptop computer and searches
all his references. No answer!

He taps into the air-phone with his modem and searches
the Internet and the Library of Congress. No answer.

Fru strated, he sends e-mails to all his friends and
co-workers.

Checks the input. All to no avail!

Finally, a long time later, he wakes the Sardar and
hands him $500.

The Sardar thanks him and turns back to get his sleep.

The American, more than a little miffed, stirs the
Sardar and asks,

"Well, what's the answer?"

Without a word, the Sardar reaches into his purse, hands
the American $5,

and goes back to sleep!

Zindagi Do Pal ki (Kites) lyrics

Zindagi do pal ki, zindagi do pal ki
Intezaar kab tak hum karenge bhala
Tumhe pyaar kab tak na karenge bhala
Zindagi do pal ki..

Dil mein tumhare chhupa di hai maine to apni ye jaan
Ab tum hi isko sambhalo hume apna hosh kahaan
Bekhudi do pal ki, zindagi do pal ki
Intezaar kab tak hum karenge bhala
Tumhe pyaar kab tak na karenge bhala

Ik chota sa vaada iss umar se zyada sachcha hai sanam
Har mod par saath iss liye rehte hain ab dono hum
Dosti do pal ki, zindagi do pal ki
Intezaar kab tak hum karenge bhala
Tumhe pyaar kab tak na karenge bhala
Zindagi do pal ki, zindagi..

Agar tum mil jao - Zeher Lyrics

Agar tum mil jao
Zamana chod denge hum
Agar tum mil jao
Zamana chod denge hum
Agar tum mil jao
Zamana chod denge hum
Tumhe paa kar zamane bhar se rishta tod denge hum
Agar tum mil jao
Zamana chod denge hum
Agar tum mil jao
Zamana chod denge hum

Bina tere koyi dilkash nazara hum na dekheinge
Bina tere koyi dilkash nazara hum na dekheinge
Tumhe na ho pasand usko dobara hum na dekheinge
Teri soorat na ho jis mein
Teri soorat na ho jis mein
Woh sheesha tod denge hum
Agar tum mil jao
Zamana chod denge hum

Tere dil mein raheinge tujhko apna ghar bana lenge
Tere dil mein raheinge tujhko apna ghar bana lenge

Tere khwaabon ko beheno ki tarah khud par saja lenge
Kasam teri kasam
Kasam teri kasam
Taqdeer ka roog mod denge hum
Agar tum mil jao
Zamana chod denge hum

Tumhe hum apne jism-o-jaan mein kuch aise basa lenge
Tumhe hum apne jism-o-jaan mein kuch aise basa lenge
Teri khushboo apne jism ki khushboo bana lenge
Khuda se bhi na jo toote
Khuda se bhi na jo toote
Woh rishta jod lenge hum
Agar tum mil jao
Zamana chod denge hum
Tumhe paa kar zamane bhar se rishta tod denge hum
Agar tum mil jao
Zamana chod denge hum
Agar tum mil jao

Living rocks that reproduce!

Trovants of Costesti5 Living rocks that reproduce!
The Trovants is a strange formation of rocks found in Costesti village in Romania. The term ‘Trovan’ is a synonym for the German term “Sandsteinkonkretionen” which means ‘cemented sand’. Trovants consist of a stone core with an outer shell of sand. They have varying shapes like spherical, elliptical, or even resemble a figure of 8 and they vary in size from a few centimetres to few meters. They are believed to have appeared on earth about six million years ago, following a powerful earthquake. They are unique and strange in that they seem to be alive as they continue to grow when they come in contact with water and are even said to move from one place to another without assistance.

Actually, after a good rainfall, as soon as the last drop dries out, small formations start bulging from the sides of these rocks as if they would have come to life and must be reproducing. But the fact is they grow such that even the small rocks of about 6-8 millimetres could grow up to 6-10 meters. This is not it. As they get larger, they tend to split from their ‘mother rock’ and continue to grow independently.  When cut horizontally, they reveal circular growth rings that are similar to ones found in the cross section of tree trunks.

Many theories have been put forth to explain the strange behaviour of the Trovants. According to the most widely accepted theory, the growth is caused by the high mineral content present under the shell of the rocks that spreads on coming in contact with water and pressurizes the sand to expand. This makes the stones ‘grow’.

Commonly known as the Door to Hell or the Gas Crater of Darvaza, this amazing geological wonder is a 60 meters wide and 20 meters deep giant hole of fire in the heart of the hot Karakum Desert of the village Derweze (or Darvaza which means door) in Turkmenistan ( nation at the borders of Iran and Afghanistan).
Door to Hell in Turkmenistan4 Welcome to the well to hell!
It was accidently made more than 42 years ago when the Soviet scientists in the late sixties discovered a rich deposit of gas reserve near the town of Derweze in the Karakum Desert and started drilling quickly. But the drilling equipment collapsed and created a crater from which large amount of methane (a dangerous greenhouse gas) released that posed threat to environment and the health of the villagers.

To prevent escape of poisonous gas into the atmosphere, the scientists decided to light it on fire as they estimated the volume of gas to be such that the fire would use it all in just few days. But as it turned out, their estimate was wrong and this hole in the ground has a never ending supply of burning gas and it’s been burning ever since.

Fish that can climb trees and stand on its tail!

mudskipper 2 Fish that can climb trees and stand on its tail!
Mudskippers (Family Gobiidae) are strange creatures of the swamp that are found in tropical, subtropical and temperate region with tidal mud flats, including the Indo-Pacific and Atlantic coasts of Africa. They are fish that do not behave like fish.
During low tide, they “walk” across the mud with the help of their pair of muscular leg-like pectoral fins. They curl their muscular body sideways and then push against the mud to spring forward. At high tide they “climb” up the roots of mangrove plants to rest, with the help of the suckers formed by the fused pelvic fins. Not only this, the Bearded mudskipper (Scartelaos histophorus) can ‘stand’ on its tail (only for a brief moment), in an attempt to impress the females.

In water, the mudskippers breathe through gills like other fishes do. However, when on land, they breathe by holding water in their mouth and gill chamber, replacing with fresh water when it becomes deoxygenated. They can also breathe through their wet skin. They feed on algae and small animals like worms, crabs and snails.

Magical pen that allows to draw in 3D

3 D pen Magical pen that allows to draw in 3D
3Doodler Pen is the world’s first 3D drawing pen introduced by the toy company WobbleWorks. It allows scribble drawings or designs to rise above the two-dimensional surfaces letting users to draw in three-dimensional space.
The pen works by heating up a thin plastic filament that extrudes out of the pen and then cools down quickly and solidifies into a strong stable structure. 3Doodler works on almost any surface, including plastic thus allowing to create basic 3D shapes, 3D models and decorative art and to be used for minor repair work. No software or computers are required to use it. Just plug it into a power socket and start drawing.
3Doodler comes with a 3Doodler pen of size 180mm by 24mm and weight less than 200 grams and one bag of ten 1feet strands of ABS orPLA plastic that serves as the ink for the pen and each 1 foot strand of plastic can provide approximately 11 feet 3D design or drawing.
3doodler 3d printing pen 1 Magical pen that allows to draw in 3D
3Doodler pen is an oblong device covered in a hard, black plastic casing which is held exactly like a pen. The ABS or PLA plastic strands go in the top of the device, and are extruded out through a metal tip at the other end. The two rubber arrow buttons help control the speed at which the plastic is extruded. A fan in the side blows air down and around the nib, serving both to keep the device (designed to heat plastic up to 464 degrees Fahrenheit) cool and allow the extruded plastic to set more quickly. There is also a small LED that informs when the 3Doodler is heating up and when it’s reached the right temperature (which takes about 55 seconds) for printing ABS (blue) and PLA (green) plastics.
The 3Doodler can be pre-ordered for $99 at www.the3doodler.com.
