Why does Set dosa contain 3 sets of dosas?

 The term Set Dosa means the porous, thick,sponge ,fluffy Dosas in set of th ree or four eaten with Sagu or Coconut Chutney in Karnataka.The origin of Set Dosa is Udupi-Mangalore region of Kar nataka.It is eaten as a Complete Meal rather than as a Snack.The Karnataka ‘s the Bangalore Darshinis were first to serve the Set Dosas.Three set has the price of One Masala Dosa.The batter for Set Dosa is made from Rice,Lentil, Flattened Rice ( Poha) and Fenugreek Seeds.The Set Dosas are made on gr iddle by adding Oil or Ghee.
