According to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, Tiger Shroff was previously issued warnings which he had allegedly ignored.
Yesterday night, three motorcycle borne men opened fire near his car in the Juhu area of Mumbai. The Bishnoi gang reiterated that anyone in the Bollywood film industry who continues to work with or support Salman Khan will remain on their hit list. (Salman played a crucial role in Tiger's launchpad, Heropanti and since then, Tiger shares a very good relation with him).
Tiger Shroff was returning home from a football match near Pushpa Park in Juhu when his car was targeted. The actor himself escaped completely unhurt but as per reports two people were injured in the attack.
Shroff's personal car driver (identified as Firdos) sustained a gun shot injury to his hand. The other is a bystander (reported as an auto rickshaw driver or a civilian). Reports suggest that Shroff drove his car himself and took his driver to the hospital.
Anil Pandit (claming to be younger brother of Lawrence Bishnoi) has taken responsibility of the attack. The gang stated that they called Shroff and tried to make him understand but he did not listened and this is their last warning.
Police has also detained one individual for questioning. Maharashtra Deputy CM Eknath Shinde promised a strong crackdown on the responsible parties. He spoke directly with Tiger Shroff and his father Jackie Shroff and assured them of full government support.
These are initial media and news channel reports and the picture will be clear in the coming days.
