 It is believed that Burj Al Arab will never be able to make profits !

Burj Al Arab, a luxury hotel located in Dubai,UAE has been called "The world's only 7 star Hotel".

Given the costs associated with constructing (1 billion USD back then) and maintaining the hotel, It was determined that it would be nearly impossible for the Burj Al Arab to ever break even.
