He had undergone brain surgery after he suffered a head injury while shooting for the film Bang Bang.

Vivek Oberoi:

During the shooting of Mani Rathnam's Yuva in 2004. Oberoi got injured when his bike skid on a bridge. His leg got fractured and had a death threatening blood clot. Later it was brought under control.

Aishwarya Rai:

Rai's left foot got fractured when she was hit by a speeding jeep on the sets of Khakee in 2004, the jeep had to stop just away from her but she was thrown into the bushes and was hurt seriously, deep bruises that required 10 stitches. She got injured at the time of shooting of Manikarnika in a sword fighting sequence with co star Nihar Pandya and the sword hit deeply and cut her forehead. The actress was rushed to the ICU and had to get 15 stitches on her forehead.

During the shooting of ‘Mere Brother Ki Dulhaniya’ , when a gun barrel hit her and her nose starting to ooze blood profusely.

John Abraham:

In 2013, while shooting for the film Shoot out at Wadala, Anil Kapoor fired a blank bullet at John from 4.9 feet away instead of the previously planned 15 feet and he got hurt in his neck.
