What is the healthiest breakfast you can eat every day?

 I will not stuck you in long paragraphs but I will give you quick advice that will helps to make you healthiest breakfast!!

If you are in the age of ,

13-25 yrs - start your day with Carbs or

any fermented food + Drink (any) e.g mint drink , tamarind drink ( Not any fruit juice ) + Soaked Dryfruits ( specially walnut , Almond , Cashew , Dry fig..nd many more )

  1. Poha + lemon
  2. Upma + veg + spices
  3. Dhokla + mint /peanut chutney
  4. Dosa + Sambar + coconut chutney
  5. Idli. + Sambar + Mint - coriander chutney
  6. Boiled Sweet potato
  7. Paratha - bottle gourd , beetroot , Aloo

25 - 60+ yrs - Start your day with

Protein or fermented food + Drink + Soaked Dryfruits ( Specially Walnut , Almond , Raisins, Dates , Apricot ..nd many more)

  1. Kanji
  2. Soya Kabab
  3. Milk
  4. Salad
  5. Boiled egg
  6. Paratha - spinach , methi , Cabbage
  7. Fermented food
  8. Boiled Sprouts
  9. Curd + Rice
