What are some little-known general knowledge?

 

  1. If you're making clear soup or stew, vegetables that wilt easily, such as spinach, cabbage, celery, mustard greens, etc., can be added to the pan after the heat is off (make sure the vegetables are clean before adding them). I know this method is good for maintaining the nutritional content of the vegetables because it doesn't get exposed to excessive heat and keeps the color of the vegetables fresh. The hot water of the clear soup or stew is enough to soften the vegetables even after the heat is off.
  2. Otw means 'on the way' or 'on the way.' Don't make a habit of saying 'otw' if you're not ready to go at all. It's a shame for those who are waiting, given false hope and afraid of creating bad karma for themselves. We never know how much pain they are going through because of the loss of someone they love. Instead of asking them to be patient, we can replace it by saying, "It's okay to feel sad, because we are human. If you need someone to talk to, I'm here." When it's necessary to embrace them, it's more effective in healing wounds than having to use the word 'patience' which sometimes sounds like bullshit to the ears of those who are deeply sad.
