Singam 2 :
As the police station gets vandalized by hooligans to bust Danny out of prison, we get a closer shot at the board displaying the name of the station. It states “Magalir Kaaval Nilayam" in Tamil which translates to “All women's police station” in English. Ironical that Durai Singam would be working in a police station meant only for women.
Aadhavan :
Aadhavan had earlier applied sacred ash on his forehead. The ash would have got dissolved as soon as he got underwater. Instead we see the ash visible distinctly on his forehead underwater as he shoots the godman.
Anniyan :
Section 129 of the Motor Vehicle Act of 1988 states that “Anybody driving a motorcycle or a two-wheeler of any class in a public area is mandated to put on a protective safety helmet". It is conflicting to know that someone like Ambi who respects the law and preaches others to do so doesn't care to wear a helmet while riding his two-wheeler.
Vaaranam Aayiram :
Krishnan and Malini fall in love while attending the Madras Christian College in the 1970’s. In the song “Mundhinam” we see a Santro parked at a distance. However it was not until the 2000’s, the Santro was launched in India.
Nanban :
This movie takes place around the earlier half of this millenium (2001–2002) and yet Riya uses YouTube on a laptop running on Windows 7.
Windows 7 was launched by Microsoft in the year 2009 while YouTube was launched in the year 2005.
It is easy to point out mistakes in movies but besides it is more important to appreciate the hard work and effort put in by the cast and crew in presenting such marvellous movies.
