Ladies and Gentlemen, let me introduce to one of the most shocking humans to ever exist Bruce Lee.
He was truly a one of a kind, a physical specimen never seen before and likely never again, his feats so legendary that people still talk about them 50+ years after his passing.
Bruce Lee's reflexes were so fast that cameras of the time couldn't capture them at all, he threw punches faster then a person could blink. Directors had to explicitly tell him to slow down punches and kicks so they appear on the film.
The infamous one inch punch, during a 1964 karate championship, Lee's strike from just one inch away reportedly sent a 245 pound Bob Baker approximate 15-16 feet across the stage. Baker later told that the impact was so strong that he had to stay home from work the following day.
Bruce also performed the famous coin snatch trick, he would ask a demostrator to hold a coin in their open palm and try to stop him from snatching the coin by closing their fist, but with his lightning reflexes, he would not only snatch the coin but replace it with another, showcasing his extraordinary speed.
He was also famous for his hardcore calisthenic which included exercises like 2 finger push ups, one arm chin ups and dragon flags. while the number of repetetions are debateable, no doubt he performed them with perfect form without breaking sweat.
Many other claims like catching a grain of rice with chopsticks, punching holes with his fingers in soda cans, standstill jump to 8 feet are largely unverified.
Bruce was like a perfect combination of Immense Talent and Iron grit. Just look at those knuckes “damn”.
