Insaniyat (English: Humanity) is a 1955 Hindi film produced and directed by S. S. Vasan. The film stars Dev Anand, Dilip Kumar, Bina Rai, Jayant and Shobhana Samarth. The film's songs were written by Rajendra Krishna. The film's music is by C. Ramachandra. It is a remake of 1950 Telugu film Palletoori Pilla (Village Girl).

This is the only film to star Dilip Kumar and Dev Anand together. Dilip, Dev and Raj Kapoor were the leading male stars in the late 1940s and the 1950s. The three of them never acted together, neither did Dev and Raj Kapoor, though Dilip Kumar and Raj Kapoor did get together in the Mehboob Khan classic Andaz.
