Albert Einstein published four papers in 1905, the Anus Mirabilis papers. These four papers changed our understanding of the universe, time, and matter:
- A paper that played a significant role in the development of quantum theory: On a heuristic perspective on the generation and transformation of light.
- A paper that provided empirical evidence for atomic theory: on the motion of small particles in a stationary liquid.
- A paper that sheds light on special relativity: on the electrodynamics of moving objects.
- A groundbreaking paper including the famous formula (E=mc^2) that equates energy and mass: Does the inertia of an object depend on its energy?
Albert published all of the above in just one year, when he was only 26 years old.
