What effective tricks do you use to go to sleep?

 Progressive muscle relaxation.

How to do it:

  1. Lie down on your back. Ensure you’re in a comfortable position.
  2. Put a pillow under your head and knees to relieve any pressure on your back and align your spine. Keep your palms up, slightly apart from your body.
  3. Take a few slow and deep breaths through your nose. Then exhale in a long sighing motion to release the tension.
  4. Think about your toes and feet. Then curl your toes. Hold this for a short moment to feel the sensation, then relax and let your feet sink into the bed. Feel them getting heavy then completely relaxed.
  5. While taking a deep breath, move your attention to the next body part, such as your calves.
  6. Flex them, then feel them relax and sink into the bed. Don’t rush this process.
  7. Continue this pattern all the way up your body.

This technique does two important things. First, it attunes your body to the feelings of relaxation. Second, it focuses your mind on something simple and monotonous that gets you away from common stressors that keep us up at night.

When I use this technique, I usually feel the tiredness slowly seeping in, which is often accompanied by these funky pre-sleep dreamy thoughts — sometimes as soon as I get to my chest.

Restart from the beginning after your first round, and repeat this as many times as needed. It’s not very exciting — and that’s the point.

🔸 Proper adherence to the rules of Vastu Shastra helps in keeping the biochemical activity of the body balanced.

🏡 There should be a temple in a house. Instead of building separate prayer rooms in a house, build a temple together. If there are many temples in a house, the members have to face mental, physical and financial problems.

🔸👉By placing a threshold in the main door of the house or Vastu, many evil forces cannot enter and stay away. Every morning, in front of the main door, make Rangoli in the shape of Swastika, Kalash etc. with cow dung mixed with turmeric, kumkum and cow urine and worship the threshold and rangoli and pray to God that 'O God! Please protect my house and health from evil forces.'

🔸👉It is auspicious to tie a Toran (Bandanwar) of leaves of Neem, Mango, Ashoka etc. above the entrance door.

🔸👉 There should not be a dining room, kitchen or dining table in front of the main door.

🔸👉Apart from the main door, threshold must also be installed on the doors of the prayer room, dining room and locker room.

🔸👉Bhoomi-Poojan, Vastu-Shanti, Griha-Pravesh etc. should generally not be done on Saturday and Tuesday.

🔸👉Householders should not install white marble in their bedrooms. It is better to install it in the temple because it is a symbol of purity.

🔸👉The place to sit for office work, study etc. should not be under the beam of the ceiling because it causes mental pressure.

🔸👉Food should not be cooked or eaten in the place under the beam. This can cause financial loss. Sleeping under the beam causes health problems and one does not get proper sleep.

🔸👉The kitchen of the house should always be in the Agni angle, the gas stove should also be in the Agni angle (South East), cook food facing east, always keep the shank (utensil washer) in the North East (Ishaan angle). Do not leave dirty utensils in the bedroom or kitchen at night. Always keep them washed.

💵👉If there is no prosperity in the house, tie seven knots of turmeric and rock salt in a cloth and keep it in a bowl in any corner of the house, there will be prosperity.

🔸👉The person who is not able to achieve success despite repeated efforts or has completely lost hope in achieving success, should light a lamp under a Peepal tree every Monday in the evening and do 5 rounds of that tree. The person who performs this experiment for a few days gradually starts getting success in his work.
