Persistent pain in a specific area, especially if it's new or worsening, may also be a red flag. Unusual bleeding or discharge (like blood in the urine, stool, or from the nipple) can be symptoms of cancers affecting internal organs.
Lastly, lumps or thickening in the breast, testicles, or other soft tissues that don’t go away should be examined promptly.
