What Existed Before Time? A Cosmic Journey from the Formless to the Multiverse

 When we ask, “What existed before time?” — the simple answer is: not nothing, but the formless Source. The Vedas and Purāṇas describe an eternal, nirguṇa (formless) reality, beyond time and space.

From this timeless ground, the first dual manifestation appears:

• Adi-Śakti — the eternal power, the energy of creation.
• Mahā-Viṣṇu — the cosmic principle whose very breath gives rise to worlds.

Neither is “before” the other; both are eternal aspects of the same supreme reality. One provides power (Śakti), the other provides substrate (the cosmic dreamer).

1. Mahā-Viṣṇu’s Exhale — Birth of Infinite Universes

In the Bhāgavata Purāṇa (emphasized by ISKCON), Mahā-Viṣṇu reclines in the causal ocean. When He exhales, from the pores of His body emerge countless universes — the multiverse; when He inhales, all those universes collapse back into Him.

2. Adi-Śakti — Mother of the Trimūrti

The Devī-Bhāgavata Purāṇa describes Adi-Śakti as the eternal Mother. She gives rise to the Trimūrti — Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and Śiva — and empowers them to create, preserve, and dissolve. Without her, they cannot function.

Thus: while Mahā-Viṣṇu breathes out universes, Adi-Śakti manifests into the dynamic principles that operate inside them.

3. The Three Forms of Viṣṇu — Entering the Universes

Mahā-Viṣṇu does not stop at creating universes. He expands into two more forms to operate within them:

• Garbhodakaśāyī Viṣṇu → enters each universe, rests upon the cosmic ocean within it; from His navel springs a lotus, and Brahmā is born to shape the worlds.
• Kṣīrodakaśāyī Viṣṇu → enters every heart as the Paramātmā (inner guide) and every atom as the indwelling overseer. According to ISKCON theology, the voice we call conscience is His whisper.

All of this is described in the Bhāgavata Purāṇa: “By the breathing of Mahā-Viṣṇu, innumerable universes are produced”.

4. Śiva — Lord of Dissolution

The Śiva Purāṇa emphasizes Śiva’s eternal role in saṃhāra — the dissolution of universes at cycle-end. He destroys / transforms forms so that renewal is possible.

5. Different Traditions’ Supreme

Here’s where perspectives diverge:

• Gaudiya Vaishnava / ISKCON view: The Supreme Source is Krishna, the original personality of Godhead. From Him expands Mahā-Viṣṇu, and from Mahā-Viṣṇu arise infinite universes.
• Śākta view (Devī Purāṇa): The ultimate reality is Adi-Śakti, the Goddess, who brings forth Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and Śiva to manage creation, preservation, and destruction.
• Śaiva view: The eternal truth is Śiva, the supreme consciousness, with Śakti as his inseparable power.

Thus, depending on tradition, the ultimate Source is seen differently — yet all agree that time itself begins with creation.

6. The Cycle of Creation, Preservation, and Destruction

• At creation, Brahmā (born from Garbhodakaśāyī’s lotus) shapes the worlds.
• During the lifespan of a universe, Kṣīrodakaśāyī Viṣṇu dwells in every being, guiding them.
• At dissolution, Śiva reclaims all forms.
• At the end of the cosmic cycle, Mahā-Viṣṇu inhales, and the entire multiverse returns to Him — only to be exhaled again in another cycle.

7. The Logical Synthesis

• Formless Source → dual emergence: Mahā-Viṣṇu + Adi-Śakti.
• Mahā-Viṣṇu exhales → infinite universes manifest (multiverse).
• Adi-Śakti empowers details → gives rise to Trimūrti within universes.
• Garbhodakaśāyī Viṣṇu → Brahmā (creation).
• Kṣīrodakaśāyī Viṣṇu → Paramātmā (inner voice).
• Śiva → saṃhāra (dissolution).
• Mahā-Viṣṇu inhales → all universes collapse back to the Source (multiverse returns to Him).

Final Thought: What Came Before Time?

Not emptiness. But the eternal dance of the formless Source, Adi-Śakti, and Mahā-Viṣṇu. Time itself is just a ripple in this vast ocean. Every breath of Mahā-Viṣṇu births a multiverse; every inhale ends it. Adi-Śakti ensures that inside each universe, creation, preservation, and dissolution play out in perfect harmony.

Did the Big Bang produce our universe alone, or is our universe just one of many in a vast multiverse?

 First and fore most the current big - bang (under ACDM) has no solid anchor or grounding. They tell its CMB or the RedShift but there are many emerging theories and the way it has been noted the space expanding and “inflation” brought in as a “patch” work we are of the view - no universe did not “produce” from an event like big bang.

We have tested by keeping an istope as out anchor - U 238 with a half life of 4.46 billion years which clearly shows that it was spread across the vastness of universe but NOT found in stars. When we checked or reverse cycled… we see the origin of our current universe, we call it a “leak” happening, our observation what we see in the current universe, when we break the particles at their molecular level, when we observe elements popping out and collapsing in Quantum Field, when we see isotopes it all tells that elements - have an urge, a memory of past - to manifest.

What we are told by Evolutionists or Atheists as “fine tuning” that is coming from these elements directly and NOT because of change on earth’s atmosphere - means elements are changing on their own as per they are anticipating means earth is moving to another realm and so will our understanding with due course of time as pro particles and elements re-cycle. What we are shown that earth revolving around in the galaxy or our solar system moving at vertical space is a what is an idea, realty gravity is always spiral means entire galaxies and our observable universe is “rising up” moving horizontally.

Coming back to the event as I said we have some hints that our universe (currently observed) emerges from a “leak” because everything we measure and observe - is false science, the event has already happened which we have NO idea and what we are looking is only a decay, aftermath that’s why it is so “perfect” and then we are trying to reverse engineer it.

Like Sun we DO NOT know, what process is actually happening but we are looking at UV and other rays emitted, the radiation reaching to us - this is NOT reality this is all decay - the real event has already happened and we have no idea.

Question we asked to understand why everything in the universe is spherical, why not cube or square why everything is curved has it something to do with gravity or the motion - physic and our understanding does say yes, then next question was if this is the case why we have so intricate patterns within earth like - complex geometry designs for eg leaves, tress, fishes, animals, birds, humans and even energy has a pattern and even when we write is nothing but very complex geometry which - means the design we see and take for granted - these many universe exist in various realms not single like ours. We are not the first and we are not the special one.

What we found (not discussing the real core logic and formula how we did it, because its copy right and if given to public platform - it jumps domain and any one can predict anything from geo politics to local elections to commodity markets to wars to even biology how human emerged - so we keep it private) the leak is happening from - what we call - Ultra High Dimension - Infinity (UHD - I) the lowest realm is sphere and when sphere is formed a huge energy surge happens that is what is creating this Quantum Field that we are observing where elements pop out and collapse, those elements which survives - further goes into WAVE function traveling 10000x times faster than speed of light (approx 1 light year in 1.35 seconds - what we call or know as Quantum Entanglement) which we can only observe when the event has happens - when we observe this and measure - this WAVE function collapse and particles emerge - more civilized and locked by our local dimensional laws and thus matter, energy, light is created - thus our universe.

Now what is even more mind-bending and twisting this also is mentioned in ancient texts in eastern philosophies and also in Greek. In Hinduism its called “Hiranyagarbha” aka golden egg and some call it egg, its not gold but pure surge of energy that is golden in color and as we move into it, its pure white.

Every sphere is locked in a cube and inside it pre universe and pre everything we know exist, here there is nothing as time or anything we know but expression is only geometry pattern and design. We knew this as we were also testing with cymantics, how sound creates geometry.

In short this is where our universe comes from and when these patterns move to higher realms they emit high energy events and that creates other worlds and realities - which we cannot even contemplate - where there is nothing like gravity or light or energy, its beyond our understanding, what life forms exist, what is their geometry what or how they survive totally out of our scope and knowledge.

Size if we take then you can imagine a football flied and the blade of grass in it, in that blade of grass a drop of water drop, that is our entire universe and all dimensions we can prove via math ie upto 18 positive and 18 negative dimension, we are on the 3 dimension and we cannot or don’t how huge is the universe - the far-est we can see is 93 billion light years and we don’t know where it ends or begins from, this will give you the size of only our universe and even in our galaxy if we see this - let this sink in your mind for a minute to understand the scale.

And all these are galaxies we don’t even know what is in them.

This is just our observable universe.

So if you talk how our universe was produced this is one of the theory, we are working on.

Our universe is a cascade and not a single event as we are told, Big Bang happened and BOOM universe was created.

Those who are rubbing their eyes and have no idea what is this - wait for 30 - 40 years science will accept the first leak from UHD happens when we will see how galaxies are formed from that energy surge from UHD what we call as super massive blackhole (SMBH) found almost in all center of the galaxies today.

Rest I cannot discuss due to current research going on because we have not completed and still in pipe line, so don’t want to spill beans.

Today, we know what Hindus, Buddhists and even European civilization that we dismiss as “Mythology” were / are talking about under the lenses of cutting edge high energy physic and research once we added AI and QC.

What is the Multiverse, and how is it different from our Universe?

 Multiverse is a theoretical or mathematical concept by Tenmarg and other scientists. Where all natural laws, physical parameters are different.whats outside of observable universe? What's before big bang?it needs to construct a holistic approach to answer that.

Though multiverse is not a scientifically proven theory till date , but all possible outcomes should exist by quantum mechanics. It's called many world interpretation theory.

Our universe is one of them. There we may go one universe to other universe by time travel. The timelike path may difference all possible universes.
