How did Krishna get the Sudarshana Chakra?

Long ago, when the Asuras started troubling the gods, they went to Lord Vishnu. Shree Vishnu started thinking of a weapon to kill the demons and thought only Bholenath can give him such weapon. Lord Shiva had created a Chakra named Bhavrendu and only that could vanquish all the Asuras. Narayan prayed to Mahadev using 1008 lotus flowers and chanting the Shiva Sahasranama. But Shiva, to test his devotion, hid one lotus. When Vishnu started finding it, he couldn’t. So Vishnu offered his eye. Pleased, Shiva bestowed him his Bhavrendu Chakra and named it as Sudarshan (easy to see) as only Shankar Bhagwan could see it.

Lord Vishnu killed all the enemies with the Sudarshan Chakra obtained from Mahadev. He then gave the Sudarshan Chakra to Goddess Parvati. Mata Parvati also used the weapon and gave it to the Devas. From passing on to the Devas, the Chakra reached the 6th avatar of Vishnu, Bhagwan Parshuram. When in Dwapar Yug, Vishnu came as Krishna, he visited Parshuram. Lord Parshuram gave the Sudarshan Chakra to Lord Krishna. Krishna killed many enemies with it like Narkasur, Banasur, Shalva and Shishupal.
