Mastani Bai
In real history, Peshwa Bajirao was a great warrior who never lost a battle. He was a hardworking, clever and enthusiastic man who didn't have time for Romantic nonsense. Kashibai was a dutiful wife who was loyal , chaste and loved her husband dearly.
In the movie, both Bajirao and Mastani didn't make a single sense. They looked like two teenagers who were constantly throwing tantrums for their Nibba Nibbi drama. Kashibai shone in the movie and the only woman in it who made god damn sense. The movie didn't even show Kashibai accepting Shamsher Bahadur as her own son. This scene would raise her already exalted status among the audiences.
