What are some daily habits that can significantly improve your life?

 

  1. Start reading books.
  2. Write down atleast 5 things in your journal daily. Write positive affirmations.
  3. Have a good sleep.
  4. Stay hydrated. Drink 1 glass of warm water as soon as you wake up.
  5. Try to avoid a lot of sugar.
  6. Eat healthy food. Take protein intake and eat fruits. Your diet matters.
  7. Workout for 30 minutes daily. Or atleast walk.
  8. Manifest what you want to achieve in life.
  9. Express gratitude for everything and everyone you have. Be positive.
  10. Spend time with your family. Talk to them.
  11. Focus on your work without getting distracted every minute.
  12. Pursue your hobbies and interests.
  13. Make a to do list for the next day before going to sleep.

You can add some more.

But the most important thing is to follow them. Don't just make a list of good habits.

What matters is how you follow those good habits to become better person each day.
