- Start reading books.
- Write down atleast 5 things in your journal daily. Write positive affirmations.
- Have a good sleep.
- Stay hydrated. Drink 1 glass of warm water as soon as you wake up.
- Try to avoid a lot of sugar.
- Eat healthy food. Take protein intake and eat fruits. Your diet matters.
- Workout for 30 minutes daily. Or atleast walk.
- Manifest what you want to achieve in life.
- Express gratitude for everything and everyone you have. Be positive.
- Spend time with your family. Talk to them.
- Focus on your work without getting distracted every minute.
- Pursue your hobbies and interests.
- Make a to do list for the next day before going to sleep.
You can add some more.
But the most important thing is to follow them. Don't just make a list of good habits.
What matters is how you follow those good habits to become better person each day.
