You can clearly see the difference here. She had gone under rhinoplasty for a more slimmer nose and a brow lift and a face lift which made her jaw so chiseled and sharp. Her hairline has been fixed and made it look more round and feminine. Her eyes shaped have changed it's shape too.
And you can view in this photo that she has performed some lip fillers on her upper lips to make it more larger to complement the lower lips which changed the way her lips moved while talking which I personally found attractive. And her natural eyes are dark green but she wears contacts to enhance their colour.
She previously had natural blonde hair but she chose to dye her hair darker to complement her appearance and to let her eyes stand out .
In conclusion, even the world's prettiest woman has multiple surgeries to be more prettier and to fit in these societal standards. If a surgery turns out a success then the perfect example is of Angelina Jolie.
