- Expertise: Dr Subramanian Swamy is one of the foremost experts on Chinese economy and politics. He has held important discussions with many Chinese leaders.
- Mandarin: He speaks Mandarin (Chinese) quite well.
- Srilanka : Dr Swamy is considered an expert on Srilanka -its politics. He is known to many prominent leaders and public intellectuals of Srilanka.

- Hinduism: Well, he is considered an expert in Hinduism. He is well versed with sacred rituals and history of Hinduism. He is also known to many seers and scholars.
