Indian dinners, be it vegetarian or non-vegetarian, are mostly very healthy, as there is very little junk food stuff included in them. Authentic traditional Indian dishes are healthy as such with no requirement for any modification. Here are aome mouthwatering examples of some South Indian dinners especially, Kerala dinners.
