Psychological Lessons for Life

  6. Read 10 minutes, walk 10 minutes, improve 1% consistency beats intensity.
  7. If someone is rude, stressed, or distant its usually about, them. Not you.
  8. A few seconds can save you from hours of regret. Calm mind = better decision.
  9. If you constantly say I'm bad at this, your brain starts wiring that identify.
  10. Trying to control others creates frustration.
