- Veljko Royosic of Croatia is the first person to swim in the open sea without flippers across the Adriatic Sea. He reached Riccinoe from Grado in 50 hours 10 minutes between August 29th and 31st 2006.
- Chhota Chetan was the India's first 3D movie. It was a children's movie made in 1983.
