Do you know what's common between them?
All of these are owned by the Volkswagen Group. Surprising, isn't it? See Volkswagen Group. A Single group holds the ownership of all these giants.
Edit: Another interesting fact: Ducati is a subsidiary of Lamborghini which is a subsidiary of Audi which in turn is a subsidiary of Volkswagen Group.
Also BMW owns Rolls Royce. Maserati and Ferrari are owned by Fiat.
Edit2: Porsche SE, A German holdings company with investments in the automotive industry, has about 25% ownership of Volkswagen which holds 100% ownership of Porsche AG (the brand that manufactures automobiles) Source: Porsche Automobil Holding SE
Thanks to @Vivek Sharma for mentioning that.
Update:Ferrari is no more owned by Fiat. It moved out from FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) in the last quarter of 2015.
