How many beaches are there in Goa and what are their names?

 Goa has approximately 35 to 50 named beaches stretching along its 101 km coastline depending upon small, hidden and famous beach. Before that let we classify no. of beaches as North and South Goa

So in North Goa famous beach is Baga Beach, Anjuna, Calangute beach whereas in South Goa Majorda Beach, Palolem Beach, Monkey and Butterfly Beach is famous.

Benaulim Beach is the nearest beach to Goa's main railway station, Madgaon Junction.
