This is Cape Town!
Have a look at this picturesque beauty.. You'll be mesmerised!

But now, the condition of this scenic city is abominable. Have a look!!

Why?
Cape Town is less than three months away from the situation becoming so dire that it must shut off its taps, an eventuality known as "Day Zero."
A city that's home to 4 million people is about to run dry
According to officials the forecasted date is 12 April. This makes Cape town the first major city to run dry.
I'll make you understand this grim situation.
- People there are told to use just 50 litres of water each day per person whereas average eight-minute shower uses more than 60 litres of water and an average bath requires some 80 litres.
- Collection points will be guarded by security forces for a daily ration of 6.6 gallons.
- Pit latrines and alternate dry sanitation is the only viable option.
- Not even one of the 7 water projects are complete which means no panacea for this crisis in near years.
It's 2018 and I feel like, the end is near!
EDIT: According to this report from BBC, Cape Town ain't the only city to run out of water. There are 11 of them!
