Goddess Lakshmi has also incarnated in the incarnations of Lord Vishnu. Forms of Goddess Lakshmi in some incarnations of Lord Vishnu:
- In Satyuga, Goddess Lakshmi incarnated as Sita in Lord Vishnu's Rama avatar.
- In Dwapar Yuga, Goddess Lakshmi incarnated as Rukmini in Lord Vishnu's Krishna avatar.
- In Dwapar Yuga, Goddess Lakshmi also incarnated as Radha.
- In Mahabharata, Draupadi is considered to be a partial incarnation of Lakshmi.
- In Narasimha avatar, Goddess Lakshmi incarnated as Narasimhi.
- In Varaha avatar, Goddess Lakshmi incarnated as Varahi.
Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi complement each other. Lord Vishnu is considered to be the savior of the universe, while Goddess Lakshmi is considered to be the director of the universe.
