Can you guess what this is?
That is a wooly mammoth tusk protruding from the ground. It’s from a riverbank in Koyukuk, Alaska.
It appeared two years ago and is being monitored. Ropes were tied to it to ensure it doesn’t fall into the ground. It is being revealed due to erosion.
The thing that always blows my mind about the wooly mammoth is that they were still around when the Egyptians built the pyramid of Giza.
