What foods are good for losing weight?

 Till last year, i honestly believed that weight loss means eating less..

So I start skipping eat very little lunch and by evening i would be super hungry… then I ended eating snacks , biscuits… result i felt tired all the time.. and my weight didn't go down..

The one day I changed one simple thing that I stopped eating less and started eating right.. now the things become very different..

The food that's actually helped me in losing weight are eggs , paneer , chicken keep he full and help in burn calories. And oats and dal helped me in reduce cravings and boost the energy. Some fruits and vegetables fill my stomach without extra calories..

Before that i stopped the foods like mainly junk foods pizza, burger… suger drinks like thumbs up and Mazza..

So weight loss is not happened when you stop eating it happened only when you eat in a right way…
