Honestly, between milk and milk tea, I would say neither is the healthiest option to drink first thing in the morning.
I personally prefer warm water on an empty stomach. Sometimes, I add a little lemon to it.
Drinking warm water in the morning has many benefits… it helps with digestion, keeps the body hydrated, and gives a fresh start to the day.
After around 15 minutes, I have my breakfast.
For breakfast, I usually eat oats and one egg because it feels light, healthy, and keeps me full for a longer time.
So for me, warm water first and then a simple healthy breakfast works much better than milk or milk tea..🐤
