I will go for Guava .
It’s a fibrous fruit full of vitamin C .
Its high dietary fibre helps in digestion .
It’s rich in potassium which helps in lowering bad cholesterol and increases good cholesterol .
It’s best fruit in controlling blood sugar .Though I am not sure about other benefits but I have checked my blood sugar even after eating a bowl of guava .So I simply love them .
It’s antioxidant and pink guavas are full of lycopene too .
