One school organized a fun trip for its young students.
Along the way, we passed through a tunnel that the bus driver had just been through.
The sign at the end of the tunnel read "5 meters high."
The bus was only 5 meters tall, so the driver didn't stop. However, the bus then hit the roof of the tunnel and got stuck in the middle, frightening the children.
The bus driver asked, "We've been able to pass through the tunnel without any problems every year, but what's going on this time?"
One man replied:
"The road has been paved, so the road level must have risen a little."
One man tried to tie the bus to his car, but the rope kept breaking every time it rubbed against it. Others suggested bringing in a sturdy crane to pull the bus, while still others suggested digging around the bus to break up the hole.
Amidst all this, a child on the bus said, "Let's let some air out of the tires. That will create space on the roof of the tunnel, and we can pass through safely."
Everyone was amazed by the child's brilliant advice and actually lowered the air pressure in the bus's tires, allowing the bus to pass through the tunnel at the height of the roof and everyone to escape safely.
We swell up in front of others with pride, arrogance, hatred, selfishness, and greed. Removing these emotions from within makes it easier to navigate the tunnels of this world.
