He is the first Chief Minister of an Indian state, who is an IITian. But, besides his academic achievements, his work efficiency and clean image as a leader, has made him a common man's Hero!

Some of the kick-ass things he has done so far :

• In his home state Goa, he lives in his own house and has converted his official CM’s residence into his office.
• Every girl child gets Rs 1 Lac deposited automatically into her bank account on completion of 18 years
  
• An amount of Rs. 1000/- is directly credited in the bank account of housewives every month as a measure to combat Price Rise
  
• Goa is the only state where petrol costs less than diesel. This was made possible due to the VAT being slashed down to 0.1% as part of the party's 2012 poll manifesto, which slashed petrol prices by a whopping Rs.15 per litre.
• He does not believe in spending public money over security and travel. When he is required to fly, he uses regular airlines instead of chartered flights and travels in Economy class.
• Last but not the least, he was awarded the CNN-IBN Indian of the Year Award 2012 in the politics category.

What is the most "badass" fact about a celebrity?

 During his time as Governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger signed or vetoed numerous laws.

In 2009, Schwarzenegger paid particular attention to a specific bill.

The bill was drafted by National Assembly member Tom Ammiano, who criticized Schwarzenegger and allegedly told him to "fuck my gay ass."

Schwarzenegger invalidated the bill and sent a note explaining why he did so.
