Goddess Kali comes with a very high intensity, she is the most intense and fiercest.
She comes like a storm, destroying the old version of you. The changes she brings in the life of her devotee can be rapid and overwhelming which may bring all types of painful experiences, be it physical, mental or emotional.
If you don't have the stamina to take her energy, you will feel dizzy at times. Her energy can be felt, but it's heavy initially. This is because Kali helps you to clear your karmas at a higher speed which can give you pain. That is the reason why some people hesitate to worship Kali. Also, the ones who are trapped into material desires are not fit for Kali upasana, if you run after money, you move away from Kali because Kali gives you what you need, not what you want. Until unless you are crazy about Kali, you can't build a deep connection with her, when you worship Kali, she needs to be your priority and not your materialistic desires. Kali is strict about it, she expects sincerity and honesty.
