❝ जय महेश-भामिनी, अनेक-रूप-नामिनी, समस्तलोक स्वामिनी, हिमशैल बालिका। ❞ Victory to the wife of Bhagwan Shiv, She of countless forms and names;empress of all the worlds, The daughter of the Himalayan mountain.
Bhagavatī Umā assumed different avatāras to perform different līlās, to protect her devotees, and to bring about jagat-kalyāṇa. This answer will focus upon her divine forms.
🌻Kāśīpura adhīśvarī Devī Annapūrṇā -
दुर्भिक्षं भविता काश्यां तत्काले त्वं शुचिव्रता । गत्वा तामन्नदानेन सद्भ्यस्तत्र मनोन्मनि ॥ अन्नपूर्णेति विख्याता स्थित्वा द्वादशवत्सरम् ।
❝ Śiva : O Pārvatī ! A severe famine will occur in Kāśī. At that time, Manonmanī, you, firm in your sacred vows, will go there to support the righteous by giving food. You will become known by the name Annapūrṇā and will live there for twelve years. ❞ ~Kāmākṣī Vilāsa,ŚrīvidyāKhanḍa, Mārkhanḍeya Purāṇa
• Devī Umā and Bhagavān Śiva remain in Kāśī to bless their devotees :
त्वया हि भारते खण्डे सृष्टमानन्दकाननम् । त्रिविष्टपं च वैकुण्ठं सत्यलोकमपि प्रभो ।। नार्हन्ति तुलनां तस्य लोका अपि चतुर्दश । तत्र त्वं लिङ्गरूपेण विश्वेशाख्येन राजसे ।।
❝ In the land of Bhārata-khaṇḍa, You have created the Ānandakānanam (Kashi) O Lord, even the heavens , Vaikuṇṭha, Satyaloka a s the fourteen worlds cannot be compared to it. There, You shine in the form of a Liṅga known as Viśveśa Viśvanātha.
अन्नपूर्णा सदैवाहं तत्र भक्तान्नदायिनी । तत्रान्ते सर्वजन्तूनां मुक्तिं नित्यां प्रयच्छसि ।।
I, Pārvatī, always remain there as Annapūrṇā to give food to our devotees. And at the time of death, You grant mukti to all living beings there. ❞ ~ Śiva Rahasyam Mahāitihāsaḥ.

🌻 Kātyāyana kanyā Kātyāyanī -
❝ Īśvara said : O Mahāgauri ! Go swiftly to Badrikāśrama on the earth. Upon reaching that highly sacred hermitage, take the form of a child . Then the great sage Kātyāyana, a knower of Brahman , who is without a son , will come there.Upon seeing you, he will become supremely fortunate and blessed. Recognizing you, O Gaurī, in your child form , through his divine knowledge , the sage will take you with great delight and bring you to his own hermitage. He will worship you with devotion and love for eight years ❞ ~Kāmākṣī Vilāsa, Mārkhanḍeya Purāṇa
And ❝ कात्यायनि ततः पश्चात्प्राप्स्यसे❞ She was named Kātyāyanī.
🌻 Mahīṣāsura mardinī Mahālakṣmī -
मन्त्रिवर्य सुराणां वै जननीं विद्धि मां किल ।महालक्ष्मीमिति ख्यातां सर्वदैत्यनिषूदिनीम् ॥ प्रार्थिताऽहं सुरैः सर्वैर्महिषस्य वधाय च ।
❝Devi said : O Minister ! I am Mahālakṣmī . I am the mother of devtas and the slayer of all the Daityas. I have been entreated by all the deities for the slaying of Mahīṣāsura as well.❞ ~Devī Bhāgavata Purāṇa 5.10.3
रक्ताम्बुजासनगतां मायाबीजस्वरूपिणीम् । महालक्ष्मीं भजेदेवं महिषासुरमर्दिनीम् ॥

🌻 Hemakāmākṣī -
Hemakāmākṣī emerged from the third eye of Śrimati Kāmakṣī
❝महात्रिपुरसुन्दर्याः फालनेत्रविकासतः। आविरासीत्परंज्योतिस्तत्ज्ज्योतिस्तत्क्षणेन❞.
She is the beloved consort of Bhagwān Śiva ❝जयैकाम्रेश्वरार्धाङ्गि ~Beloved of Ēkāmranātha; जय तञ्जा-विलासिनि ~enchantress of Thanjavur; बङ्गारुकामाक्षि ~her eyes are like golden lotuses; जय सर्वार्थ-दायिनि ~Bestower of all desired fruits❞ ~Śrī Hemakāmākṣī Daṇḍakam.

परा फालाक्षिसम्भूता कामाक्षी स्वर्णविग्रहा । द्विनेत्रा द्विभुजा श्यामा दक्षहस्तलसच्छुका ॥ लम्बवामकराम्भोजा त्रिभङ्गी दक्षकुञ्चिता । सा धनुर्विग्रहा तन्वी सर्वीभरणभूषिता ॥ नवपद्मदळाकार नयनद्वयशोभिता । पीताम्बरधरा पीता मणिकुण्डलमण्डिता ॥
❝ Salutations to Bhagwatī Hemakāmākṣī, manifested from the third eye of Śrī Kāmakṣī, with a radiant golden body. She has two eyes and two hands, holding a shining parrot in her right and letting her left hand hang gracefully. Her slender form bends in tribhaṅga, elegantly curved on the right, adorned with all ornaments. Her eyes resemble lotus petals, she wears yellow garments, glows like gold, and is ornamented with jeweled earrings.❞ ~Kāmākṣī Vilāsa
🌻 Devī Mahīṣamardinī Durgā -
Devi Pārvatī assumed the form of Durgā to fight the demon Mahīṣāsura, who was torturing the devatās. She assumed this form at the request of the devatās and to stop the terror of Mahīṣāsura. ❝ त्वयैवायं निहंतव्यः शिवाल्लब्धवरो ह्ययम् ~ O Pārvatī ! He must indeed be slain by you alone, because he has received a boon from Śiva.❞
Then Bhagavatī Pārvatī assured all the devatās that she would protect them and the entire universe from the terror of Mahīṣāsura.
जिघृक्षतं समायांतं वीक्ष्य तं महिषासुरम् ।। अभूद्दुरासदा दुर्गा कन्या सा ज्वलनाकृतिः ।। ५९ ।।
❝ Seeing Mahīṣāsura rushing forward to seize her, Devī Gaurī became Durgā, irresistible and blazing like fire. ❞
After this, the war began between Devī Gaurī and Mahīṣāsura.
महिषासुरमाक्रम्य त्रिशूलेनाभ्यधारयत् ॥ २३ ॥ अनेकगिरिसंकाशं देव्या विग्रहमात्मनः ॥ अशक्तस्तं धारयितुं ससाद महिषासुरः ॥ २४ ॥
❝Attacking Mahīṣāsura, she pierced him with her trident. Unable to bear the weight of the Goddess who was standing on him, Mahīṣāsura collapsed to the ground. ❞
अथ खड्गेन तीक्ष्णेन कर्तयित्वा च तच्छिरः ॥ ननर्त्त तस्य शिरसि तिष्ठन्ती महिषार्दिनी ॥ २७ ॥ दुर्गां सिद्धाश्च गन्धर्वाः प्रशशंसुर्महर्षयः ॥
❝ Then, cutting off his head with a sharp sword, Mahīṣa mardinī danced, standing upon his severed head. The Siddhas, Gandharvas, and great sages praised Durgā. ❞

🌻 Mātṛkās -
The Mātṛkās are attendants of Devī Pārvatī and are always present with her. They are not separate from her; rather, they are her own manifestations. Their number varies in different scriptures.
During the battle between the Devi and the Asuras, these Śaktis manifested from the devas and assisted the Devi in her war.
❝स्वां स्वां शक्तिं ददुः सर्वे इन्द्राद्यास्त्रिदिवौकसः All, beginning with Indra, gave their own Śaktis (Brahmī, Vaiṣṇavī, Āindrī, Kaumārī, Mahēśvarī, Nṛsiṁhī, Vārāhī) and divine weapons.
ये ये देवास्तत्र गताः सर्वे स्त्रीरूपधारिणः ॥ Those gods who went there,all assumed female forms ❞ ~Śrī Skanda Mahāpurāṇa
Devī Umā is herself the supreme Parāśakti. She dwells within the physical forms of the Tridevas and other deities, and through her Śakti, they are able to perform their respective tasks.
नूनं सर्वेषु देवेषु नानानामधरा ह्यहम्। भवामि शक्तिरूपेण करोमि च पराक्रमम् ॥१३॥
Devi said :- Indeed, in all the gods I am the essence; in various forms I exist and perform heroic deeds.
गौरी ब्राह्मी तथा रौद्री वाराही वैष्णवी शिवा। वारुणी चाथ कौबेरी नारसिंही च वासवी ॥१४॥ I am Gaurī, Brahmī, Rauḍrī, Vārāhī, Vaiṣṇavī, Śivā, Vārūṇī, Kauberī, and Nṛsiṁhī, the powers of the deities.
उत्पन्नेषु समस्तेषु कार्येषु प्रविशामि तान्। करोमि सर्वकार्याणि निमित्तं तं विधाय वै ॥१५॥ I enter all created beings to perform their tasks; I carry out all actions, making them my instrument.

and During the battle with Śumbha and Niśumbha, these shaktis manifested into physical forms to assist Devi. ❝एवंविधास्तथाकारा ययुः स्वस्वबलैर्वृताः । आगतास्ताः समालोक्य देवी मुदमवाप च ॥❞ ~Devī Bhāgavata.
They were ब्रह्माणी, वैष्णवी, शाङ्करी, कौमारी, इन्द्राणी, वाराही, नारसिंही, कौबेरी, वारुणी, याम्या and others.

🌻 Maṇidvīpa sāmrājñī Devī Kāmeśvarī Pārvatī -
Devī Pārvatī, renowned by the name Lalitā and Kāmeśvarī, is the Supreme Empress of Maṇidvīpa, which is a part of Śivaloka. There, Bhagavān Śrīkaṇṭha Śiva and Bhagavatī Pārvatī eternally dwell.
अम्बामम्बुरुहाभाक्षीं त्रिणेत्रां चन्द्रशेखराम् ।।चतुर्भुजपदाम्बुजां निकजाडति कोज्ज्वलाम् ।।मञ्जीररत्नजरणशिञ्जन्मञ्जुल निस्वनाम् ।चतुर्भुजेक्षुकोदण्डपाशाङ्कुशवरोज्ज्वलाम् ।।
❝Devī Pārvatī possesses three eyes, with the crescent moon upon her head. She possesses four arms and feet like lotuses, radiating an intense and divine brilliance Her jeweled anklets produce a sweet, tinkling sound. In her four hands, she shines brilliantly while holding the sugarcane bow, the noose (pāśa), the goad (aṅkuśa), and vara mudrā (gesture of blessing).❞

🌻Tricaṇḍikā -
In Śaiva and Śākta tradition, Mahālakṣmī, Mahākālī and Mahāsarasvatī are considered as the threefold manifestation of Bhagwatī Śāktadarśana Nāyikā :
धराधरसुताऽवतु (16) संस्तुता या महादेवी ब्रह्मणा परमेष्ठिना। योगनिद्रेति विख्याता (17) यया त्यक्तो जगन्नाथो जघान मधुकैटभौ (18) ब्रह्मविष्णु महेशानां तेजोराशिसमुद्भवा (19) महिषासुरनाशिनी (20)
❝ The Devas said: O Pārvatī! You were first worshipped by Brahmā himself. You are renowned throughout the entire universe as Yoganidrā. By withdrawing Your Māyā, You released Lord Viṣṇu, and only then was he able to destroy Madhu and Kaiṭabha. O Devī! You manifested from the combined tejas of Brahmā, Viṣṇu, Maheśvara, and the other gods, for the destruction of Mahiṣāsura.❞
देव्युवाच - हनिष्यामि दुराचारं सह मित्रं सबान्धवम् । शुम्भ चैव निशुम्भं च चण्डमुण्डावुभावपि (30)
❝ Devī Said : Do not worry, O Devas. I shall slay Śumbha and Niśumbha, and both Caṇḍa and Muṇḍa as well , along with their friends and close kin. ❞

फलवेला महाकाली महालक्ष्मीः सरस्वती ~You ,O Pārvatī, are Mahālakṣmī. You are Mahākālī and Sarasvatī as well .

🌻 Viśālākṣī -
Devī Bhāgavata Purāṇa 7.30.55 mentions ❝वाराणस्यां विशालाक्षी ~Devī Pārvatī is worshipped as Devī Viśālākṣī in Vārāṇasī ❞
वाराणस्यां विशालाक्षी गङ्गा विश्वेश्वरः शिवः । भक्तिः पशुपतौ तत्र दुर्लभं हि चतुष्टयम् ॥ २४ ॥
❝In Vārāṇasī dwell Devī Umā as Viśālākṣī, Devī Gaṅgā, and Bhagwān Śiva as Viśveśvara; Devotion to Paśupati there, this fourfold treasure, is indeed rare.❞
यः पश्यति विशालाक्षीं स्नात्वा गङ्गाम्भसि द्विजाः ।अश्वमेधसहस्रस्य फलमाप्नोत्यनुत्तमम् ॥ २५॥
❝ He who beholds Viśālākṣī after bathing in the waters of the Gaṅgā, attains the unsurpassed fruit equal to a thousand Aśvamedha sacrifices. ❞

वाराणस्यां विशालाक्षी क्षेत्रस्य परमेष्टदा ।।विशालतीर्थं गंगायां कृत्वा पृष्ठे व्यवस्थिता ।। ४ ।।
❝In Vārāṇasī, Viśālākṣī is the supreme bestower of blessings in this sacred kṣetra. Having established the Viśālatīrtha in the Gaṅgā, she abides there, watching over it.❞
स्नात्वा विशालतीर्थे वै विशालाक्षीं प्रणम्य च ।।विशालां लभते लक्ष्मीं परत्रेह च शर्मदाम् ।। ५ ।।
❝After bathing in the Viśāla-tīrtha and bowing to Viśālākṣī, one attains vast prosperity Lakṣmī that grants happiness both here in this world and in the hereafter.❞

🌻 Bhadrakālī -
Bhagavatī Bhadrakālī or Mahākālī is one of the most fierce manifestations of Devī Pārvatī. She arose from the wrath of Umā ❝उमाकोपोद्भवा देवी भद्रकाली भयंकरी ~Saurapurāṇa ❞ and, together with Vīrabhadra, went to Dakṣa’s sacrifice to destroy it.
🌻 Kālī -
Bhagwatī Pārvatī manifested as Kālī (different from Mahāvidyā kālī) from her own amsh for the destruction of Dāruka.
भवतीं प्रार्थयाम्यद्य हिताय जगतां शुभे। वधार्थ दारुकस्यास्य स्त्रीवध्यस्य वरानने॥९॥
❝ Śiva : O auspicious One, benefactress of the worlds, today I earnestly pray to You, O beautiful-faced Goddess for the destruction of this Dāruka, who is cruel and slayer of women.❞
At the request of Bhagwān Śiva amsh of (एकेनांशेन) Bhagwatī Pārvatī entered into the body of the Lord Himself. Then she manifested as Kālī.
ससर्ज कालीं कामारिः कालकंठीं कपर्दिनीम् ॥
❝ Śiva, the destroyer of Kāma, brought forth Goddess Kālī, dark throated, matted haired, and terrible in form. ❞
जातां तदानीं सुरसिद्धसंघा दृष्ट्वा भयाद्दुद्रुवुरग्निकल्पाम्। कालीं गदालंकृतकालकंठीमुपेन्द्रपद्मोद्भवशक्रमुख्याः॥तथैव जातं नयनं ललाटे सितांशुलेखा च शिरस्युद्मा।कंठे करालं निशितं त्रिशूलं करे करालं च विभूषणानि ॥
❝When Kālī appeared at that moment, blazing like fire, the groups of gods and siddhas, including Indra, Viṣṇu, and Brahmā, ran away in fear on seeing Her dark-throated and adorned with a mace. A fierce eye appeared on Her forehead, and a shining crescent moon adorned Her head, carrying a dangerous poison around the neck, a sharp and dangerous trident in the hand and wearing appropriate ornaments.❞

🌻 Tapas Kāmakṣī -
In the auspicious Kāñcīpuram, Devī Pārvatī performed severe tapas to attain Lord Śiva as her husband. She fashioned a liṅga from sand. While Devī Pārvatī (as Tapas Kāmakṣī) was performing intense austerities worshipping the liṅga, Bhagavān Śiva decided to test the firmness of her devotion, released Devī Gaṅgā from his matted locks, causing a great flood. and When the river flooded she embraced the liṅga to protect it. Pleased by her unwavering devotion, Śiva appeared and accepted her, leading to their divine marriage.
सर्वकामप्रदानेन कामाक्षीमिति कामतः । मां प्रणम्यात्र मद्भक्ता लभंतां वांछितं वरम् ।।
❝Because I, Pārvatī, grant all desires, I shall be known as Kāmakṣī. Here in Kāñcīpuram, My devotees, bowing to Me, shall obtain the boons they wish for.❞

🌻 Gaṅgā -
Bhagavatī Satī herself was born as Bhagavatī Pārvatī, and Bhagavatī Gaṅgā is her aṃśāvatāra. Devī Gaṅgā is the purifier of the world and the destroyer of sins. She is none other than Pārvatī herself in the form of water.
❝ अंशेन सा सती देवी गङ्गा नाम्ना सुलोचना। ~Devī Satī manifested as the beautiful eyed Gaṅgā through her aṃśa ❞
❝ अपरापि मुनिश्रेष्ठ ततस्तु सा सती स्वयम् । सम्भूयापि च पूर्णैव पतिमाप च शंकरम् ॥ ~Thereafter, Devī Satī herself was born as Pārvatī and obtained Śaṅkara as her divine husband.❞

🌻 Mīnākṣī -
As per skand Mahāpurāṇa and Śiva rahasyam Mahāitihāsaḥ, Bhagwatī Mīnākṣī is an avatar of Bhagwatī Pārvatī. She was appeared from the yajña as the daughter of King Malayadhvaja Pāṇḍya and Queen Kañcanamālā. Sundareśvara Śiva is her consort.
Devī Vidyāvatī was the devotee of Bhagwatī Pārvatī ❝पूजयति पार्वतीमेव भक्तितः❞ and worshipped her with complete devotion. When Bhagavatī was pleased by her devotion, She appeared before her and told her to ask for a boon. She then requested the Goddess to become her daughter. ❝मत्पुत्री भवती भूत्वा रूपेणैवंविधेन च❞and Bhagwatī granted her the boon that in her next life (as Kañcanamālā) she will born as her daughter ❝पुत्रीं मां लब्ध्वा मदनुग्रहात्❞.
❝वाचा वा मनसाथवा गिरिसुते कायेना वा संततं मीनाक्षीति ~ Whether through speech, thought, or deed, Devī Pārvatī is always revered as Meenakshi. ❞

🌻 Akhilaṇḍeśvarī -
Bhagavān Jambukesvara is the beloved consort of Mātā Akhilandeshvarī. In Tiruvānaikkaḷ (or Gajaranya Kṣetra), Bhagavatī Pārvatī created a śivaliṅga of water and performed severe penance here, and because of that, Śiva appeared there.

❝pallavi : O Akhilandeshwari, protect me! O revered one, master of the Agamas and the sacred traditions.
Anupallavi : O pure one, the eternal soul in all worlds, flawless and radiant, O spotless, dark-hued Goddess, adorned with all divine arts.
Charanam : O Devī ! You are worshipped by Ganesh and kartikeya, O one shining with long, hanging curls with a beautiful smile. O giver of boons, you are worshipped by the Goddess of speech, O one extolled by the eminent Himavan, O Sharade ! O one venerated by Indra and Vishnu, the melody of the raga resounds in your praise, O delighted by the sounds of jhalli, maddala, and jharjhara instruments, O bestower of supreme knowledge! Protect your devotees.❞

🌻 Śakti Swarūpas Raktadāntikā Devī, Bhīmā Devī and Bhrāmarī Devī -
❝Salutation to Devī Pārvatī ! O Cause of the destruction of the demon Aruna (as Bhrāmarī Devi) , O Lotus faced One; O Bhagwatī Bhima salutations to You. Please remove our fears in every way. O Destroyer of the powerful Asuras like Vipracitti O Auspicious Raktadantika ! O Gauri, salutations to You; salutations again and again. ❞

These three forms (Maa Raktadantika, Maa Bhima Devi and Maa Brahamri) are mentioned in Durga shaptshati.
So, here’s the end of this answer 🌸. This is just a small attempt to praise her avatars. Bhagwatī Pārvatī is widely worshipped under various names and forms throughout Bharat. She resides in the 108 Shakti Peethas assuming different forms and is ever present in Śiva Kṣetras as the Shakti of Śiva, always ready to protect and guide the devotees of Śiva. She has innumerable forms, and if even the Devatas cannot describe them, how can I 🌸?
