Clove consumption will eliminate these 5 problems

 

  1. Cloves contain abundant amounts of protein, iron, carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, and hydrochloric acid.
  2. Consuming cloves helps relieve issues like cold, cough, throat pain, and nausea.
  3. If someone experiences gas, constipation, or other digestive problems, drinking a glass of water on an empty stomach in the morning with a few drops of clove oil can alleviate these issues.
  4. Those who suffer from bad breath should keep whole cloves in their mouth every morning for 40–45 days. Doing so will help relieve bad breath.
  5. To remove blemishes from the face, mix a little clove powder into a face pack or gram flour and apply it to the face; rinse off after some time. However, remember not to apply clove powder directly on the face.
