What are daily good habits?
- Eat Saunf and Mishri after your lunch(Helps in digestion, removing bad breath post-lunch and balance body ph level.
just make sure you never overeat it as it might constipate you, just have it on the required amount.
- Have some salad before your lunch or with it(Good source of fiber, antioxidants, and essential vitamin and minerals)
Try to eat your salad first that your main meal.
- have some buttermilk with your lunch(Helps to cool down your body, good for digestion)
- Dont watch any T/v or any other medium, just try to focus on your lunch and eat every bite with your senses(try to connect with the food you eat)
- If possible try to have a walk post your lunch(Again good to eliminate that nap kind of feeling post your lunch)
- Try to enjoy your lunch and relish every bite of the food, for me personally I add some homemade pickle(sometimes) in my meal.
