HARE KRISHNA
Maa Durga, Lord Mahadev, Lord Kartikeya, Maa Radhika ,Brahmarishi Vishwamitra(who later gave it to Supreme Lord Rama) and Lord Pradyumna also wielded The infinitely strong Sudarshan chakra.
1.) Maa Durga Is Adiparashakti …she wielded sudarshan chakra,Mahadev's trident and all weapons of Trinity and all weapons of all gods existing in hinduism.
The bearer of Pinaka (Siva) drawing forth a trident from his own trident presented it to her; and Vishnu bringing forth a discus out of his own discus gave her. Varuna gave her a conch, Agni a spear; and Maruta gave a bow as well as two quivers full of arrows.

2.) Mahadev Shivji is God of Gods . He also wielded all the weapons.He beheaded and killed jalandhar with sudarshan chakra.
Śiva held in his hand the wheel Sudarśana which he had made with his toe and got ready to kill him.Lord Śiva hurled the discus Sudarśana which resembled a crore suns and the fire of dissolution. Blazing the heaven and the earth, the discus hit Jalandhara and severed his head with wide gaping eyes.The body of the son of the ocean fell on the ground from the chariot making the earth resonant. The head too fell. There was a great hue and cry.

3.) Almighty Lord Kartikeya had all weapons. He had Sudarshan chakra of Lord Narayana, Mahadev's Trident, pianka bow and pashupatastra.
Viṣṇu gave him a crown, a coronet and bracelets moulded and set in gems, his own necklace Vaijayanti and the discus. Śiva gave him the trident, the bow Pinaka the axe, the arrow Paśupata, the weapon of destruction and the greatest lore.

4.) As per Brahmanda Mahapurana and Shri Radha Charita,Maa Radhika killed 2 invincible demons Harshana and Marshana. The same demons had defeated the 3 worlds and 33 gods . When all gods prayed to Almighty Mother Radhika,then she ordered her Sudarshan Chakra to behead the 2 demons.
The devatas immediately followed his instruction and rushed to her along with Lord Brahma.They went to the entrance of Goloka, where Radharani lives eternally, and chanted shruti mantras. Radharani was pleased with their prayers and invoked Sudarshana in Her mind and the chakra came before Her. Srimati Radharani ordered Sudarshana to go and kill Marshana and Harshana which he immediately did.
5.) Brahmarishi Vishwamitra did penance and obtained all weapons from Mahadev including Sudarshan chakra and Mahadev's Trident. He later given all those weapons to Lord Rama, the supreme personality of godhead.
"Raghava, I am going to give the highly divine Danda disc [Punisher disc]; next, oh, best one among men, Dharma disc [Virtue-disc,] and like that kaala disc [Time-disc]; then oh, brave one, Vishnu discus; similarly oh, dextrous Rama, Indra disc and Thunderbolt missile; the best trident pertaining to Shiva; the missile called Brahma-shira [Brahma-crest]; the missile called the Aishiika missile [Grass-Blade missile,] and that way oh, Raghava, I am going to give the unexcelled and highly formidable missile called Brahma missile.

6.) As per Harivansha purana, Lord Pradyumna used Sudarshan chakra to behead and kill vajranabha.

As the highly powerful pradyumna was relieved by hearing the sound of pA~nchjanya, the world, especially indra and keshava (kRiShNa), became happy, seeing him.O the one of bharata race! (janamejaya! vaishampAyana continued) the chakra, the destroyer of thousands, the slayer of the races of demons, went to pradyumna's hand, as desired by kRiShNa.O the one of bharata race! (janamejaya! vaishampAyana continued), The son of the one who does not suffer any decline (pradyumna), bowing to the indra of deva-s and the great soul kRiShNa, released it to destroy vajranabha the demons were watching, the chakra, released by the son of nArAyaNa, (kRiShNa) severed the head from the body of vajranAbha.
They all are those whoxactually weilded it ….But warriors who can wield it are Bhagvan Parshuramji, Bhagvan Ganeshji and Bhagvan Virabhadra too.
