Why is fitness important?

 First some Fat to Fit.

(Below are some celebrities who on time realise how much important fitness is)

1:- Bhumi Pednekar.

Bhumi successfully lost about 27–28 kilos in a few months.

2:- Alia Bhat.

Alia bhat lost 16–17 Kilos in just 3 months under the supervision of her dad Mahesh Bhat.

3:- Adnan Sami.

Adnan Sami was once weighted 230 Kilos and lost 130 kilos in a year and now its almost 75kgs.

4:- Arjun Kapoor.

Before signing for films arjun weight was almost 130+ kilos and lost 50 kilos in 3–4 years.

5:- Kareena Kapoor.

kareena kapoor weighted 90kilos during her pregnancy and after giving birth kareena managed to loss 32 kilos.

6:-Zareen Khan.

Zareen was first weighted 100+ kilos for her movie she loss almost 44 kgs.

7:- Sara Ali khan.

8:- Sonam Kapoor.

9:- Sonakshi Sinha.

As from above pics its very clear that why fitness is soo important to start any career.

age is 66 years

3:- Suniel shetty.

Appeared in more than 220+ movies also called Arnold Schwarzenegger of india.He is in his 50's but still he is unbelievable.

4:- Anil Kapoor.

Anil kapoor has stopped aging as he looks more young and has very good looks than many young actors in industry and he is in 60's.

Now lets compare with the same age actors who almost ignore the fitness.
