Why should we not eat Sabudana?

 Sabudana is also known as Sago is extracted from Tapioca roots and is used in commercial and food preparation. Sabudana is a good source of proteins, carbohydrates Vitamin K, calcium, and potassium.

Patients with diabetes must avoid Sabudana because it is a significant source of starch that can cause an abrupt rise in the blood sugar level.
