Is there a reason why Hindu gods are depicted as having only male children and not female ones? Is this a reflection of patriarchal culture?

 Nonsense.

The goddess Svadha had two daughters, Menavati and Dharani.

Menavati and Himavan have daughters, Ragavati, Parvati, and Ganga.

Shiva has four daughters: Narmada, Ashokasundari, Jyoti, and Maisamma.

Ashokasundari had a hundred daughters!

Ganesha has a daughter, Santoshi.

Indra has daughters, Jayanti and Devasena.

Soma Deva has two daughters, Bhadra and Jyotsnakali.

Surya has five daughters: Yamuna, Tapati, Vishti, Bhadra, and Suvarchala.

Lakshmi and Vishnu have a daughter, Sundaravalli.

Samudra the ocean god had a daughter, Savarna.

Yama has a daughter, Sunita.

Krishna had many daughters, like Sushila, Charumati, Bhadra, and others.

Prajapati Daksha had eighty-four daughters!

The mountain god Meru Deva had two daughters, Ayati and Niryati.

Smriti, the goddess of memory, and her husband Prajapati Angiras had four daughters: Sinivali, Kuhu, Raka, and Anumati.

Shukra had daughters, Devayani, Araja, and Divi.

Bhumi Devi has a daughter, Sita.

I could keep going. Hindu gods are depicted as having many female children, not only male ones.
