What are the 10 best diabetes-friendly snacks to munch on?

Sleep after dinner, and then the next morning we wake up in a period of about eight to ten hours. During this time all the functions and organs of your body are relaxed. Breakfast is a very important meal - it can either make or break your day. However, since these foods also increase the body's blood sugar levels, it is important for diabetics to consider whether to have breakfast in the morning, and what foods to eat for breakfast.

People with type 2 diabetes who have not eaten breakfast on a given day, their blood sugar levels at lunch will be about 37% higher than ARVs. Many congregations strictly avoid carbohydrate intake at lunch or dinner to reduce elevated blood sugar levels. However, they do not realize that these blood sugar levels are not only increased by carbohydrate intake, but also by avoiding breakfast. Science has shown that avoiding breakfast can cause blood sugar levels to fluctuate throughout the day. Therefore, breakfast is very important for diabetics. Also, foods that have a low glycemic index should be included in the diet. As these substances are digested slowly, the blood sugar levels in the body do not rise suddenly. Therefore, diabetics should use such foods for breakfast.

Let us see what to eat in breakfast……

Fresh fruits (avoid Fruits with high sugar), vegetables, cheese, nuts, Fresh curd, buttermilk, Dosa made using different pulses or cereals, Smoothie made without sugar with low fat milk, leafy vegetables, Oatmeal.

What are some evening snacks which are healthy?

The best healthy snacks I would suggest to you !

NO AAYUSHI CONCENTRATE !

Okay ! so here are my top listed snacks I often eat in evening or sometimes in night too.

1 . Roasted chana (calories per bowl 180 )

Roasted chana is good options for people who wanted to lose fat easily. Trust me guys . Roasted chana keeps your tummy full for maximum 4–5 hours . This is me eating chana in evening while watching Tv.

Also not eat chana too much otherwise you will get yellowish teeth and upset stomach ! I'm go through this that's why I m telling you 😂!

2. Popcorn 🍿(calorie per bowl - 300)

My all time favourite (bachpan ka pyaar) binge watch Netflix and eat popcorn . (Cheese butter popcorn are excluded) .

3. Balaji sev murmura (currently favourite) calories in 5 Rs packet ( 390 -410) not know figure properly.

In 2–3 months I m too much obsessed with this balaji sev murmura (perfect for those people who loves chatpat spicy ). I used to eat 2 -3 murmura packets every day. Now I’m trying to cut it down . .
