This little island. Not just any island, but this very one.
Because it could help us with the problems we have today.
How so?
The island is located in the Scottish Highlands.
Among the various lochs, the inlets of the sea that meander through the Highlands in long tongues, lies Loch Leven.
And here there is a very small island complex, the main island of which is called Eilean Munde.
The ancient inhabitants of this small island lived together in a particularly peaceful manner.
One of the main reasons for this was Eilean a' Chomhraidh , the so-called Island of Arguments.
It was a place where those with disputes (e.g., neighbors with land ownership disputes) could calmly discuss matters over cheese, whiskey, and oatcakes.
Once the disputes were settled, the disputants would sail across the lake to the Island of Ratification, Eilean na Bainne .
Here, the agreements were signed and made official.
Apparently, there has only been one murder in this area in 1500 years.
I think that's a really good idea.
Above all, those who are constantly arguing should leave the others in peace and not transfer their arguments to everyone else.
