What is the strangest island in the world?

There's a sand island that some strange researchers believe could be a place where aliens conduct research on Earth. Sable Island, a narrow, crescent-shaped sandbar with a surface area of about 34 square kilometers, is located about 300 kilometers southeast of Halifax, Nova Scotia. The island is moving at an average speed of about 200 meters per year, so don't be surprised if its landscape changes overnight.

The island is specifically mentioned in the British North America Act 1867, Section 4, Subsection 91, as a special responsibility of the federal government. Therefore, the island is considered a separate amateur radio entity and is used for operations under the special call prefix CY0. Because the island is a separate radio entity, it has become a popular expedition destination.

Sable Island is a dangerous place for ships. It's estimated that around 350 vessels have been affected by the island's sandbars, earning it the nickname " Graveyard of the Atlantic."

The map shows many of the wrecked ships on the island's coast, with details of the type of ship, name, and year of wreck ranging from 1802 to 1946, although the earliest wreck dates from 1583.

The island's only inhabitants are grey seals and feral horses, which represent one of the last remaining wild horse populations in the world.

The island's moving sand dunes undergo many changes and the landscape can change overnight, so it's possible that aliens chose this place for its strange uniqueness.

What are the strange facts about Hindu mythology?

Women of Substance: A journey through the Devadasis culture in India

The Devadasis culture was a prominent practice in many Southern parts of India centuries ago where the “Dasis(females) ” were served to Devs(Gods and their Wives ).

The Dasis were basically the courteans who performed dance, music and other chores within the palaces or outdoors. Such Devadasis were invited for essential rituals, royal coronations and other ceremonies including at the time of worship in temples.

The cultural practice of Devdasis was a regular practice and the inscriptions found in many temples in South India common practice in Vishnu temples dating back to A.D 966 reveal that the word Devdasi was a terminology used for talented women who belonged to lower sections of the society

The Devadasis were sophisticated, intellectual and respected in the community as they were the epitome of culture, arts and were “married to the gods”. The Devadasis during the Dwapar Yuga were served to gods and their wives including the imperial almighty. Even Lord Krishna were gifted 1001 virgin Devadasis when he was welcomed by Dhritshartra to parley the negotiations between the Kauravas and Pandavas before the war began

The concept, later was transformed to Devadasis who would not please the king and their wives anymore , but dedicate their lives to the temples by participating in music, dance forms, art and culture, but are married to gods.

What animal has the strangest skeleton/skull?

Toucans are pretty weird when you look at their skull-to-beak ratio:

I was wondering how the bird can even keep its head upright.

But learned the beak is surprisingly lightweight and balanced on their body.

It also helps them with cooling, as it has tiny blood vessels that run through it and release heat when need be.

Apparently the beaks also help them forage in the rainforest, allowing them to reach deeper into trees and crevices to get bugs and fruits, etc.

Their daily life includes walking distances of more than 20 kilometers.

Women enjoy the health to be eligible to give birth at 70 and have fresh skin like a child's, while men are strong and have extraordinary endurance, and the physical exercise necessary to continue life is difficult but there is no room for laziness because their tribe does not have modern technology. This is one of the most dangerous things that threatens heart health, and therefore they live up to 145 years.
