Renowned actor and director Denzel Washington passed on his talent, and his son, John David Washington, is already a rising star. Starring in the Oscar-nominated film BlacKkKlansman, he has mentioned his father's support, who was by his side during this year's awards ceremonies.

The queen of romantic comedies, Julia Roberts, also has a talented family. Emma Roberts, one of creator Ryan Murphy's favorites, is her niece. The two have even worked together in Valentine's Day, and they occasionally post very casual photos on social media.

Dakota Fanning was that child actress who was everywhere. From Friends to War of the Worlds, she was the most famous child in the world, and she continues to work, although now with her sister in the same field. Elle Fanning is the woman of the moment, being one of the jurors at the 2019 Cannes Film Festival, and starring in Teen Spirit and Maleficent.
6-EMILY BLUNT AND STANLEY TUCCI
Colleagues in The Devil Wears Prada, Emily Blunt and Stanley Tucci are not only friends but also in-laws. Tucci married Blunt's older sister in 2012. He met her at Emily's wedding to John Krasinski in 2010, and they have been together ever since. Blunt and Tucci remain friends and occasionally joke about being related.
7-BARBRA STREISAND AND JOSH BROLIN
One of the biggest stars in music and film (and the only woman to win the Golden Globe Award for Best Director), Barbra Streisand married James Brolin in 1998, becoming Josh Brolin's stepmother. The two are very close; his children even call her Grandma.
8-JANELLE MONÁE AND MARSAI MARTIN
This connection wasn't even known by the two of them until recently. After meeting at the last Golden Globe Awards, Janelle Monáe and Marsai Martin discovered they are cousins. Apparently, Martin's mother was talking about the family and Monáe recognized several of the names.
9-DEBBIE REYNOLDS, CARRIE FISHER AND BILLIE LOURD
Three generations of incredibly talented actresses. Debbie Reynolds, star of the classic Singing in the Rain, is the mother of Carrie Fisher, Princess Leia from the Star Wars franchise, who in turn is the mother of Billie Lourd, from Scream Queens. Reynolds and Fisher passed away at the end of 2016, but Lourd continues the family legacy, acting in the new Star Wars saga films and other projects such as Booksmart and American Horror Story.

One of the most popular teenage duos of the 1990s, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen left the spotlight of television to focus on fashion, while their younger sister, Elizabeth, pursued an acting career. The twins are now designers, and Elizabeth plays the Scarlet Witch in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and stars in the Facebook series Sorry For Your Loss.
