Why did Yash Raj Films ban Shraddha Kapoor from their movies?

 

Shraddha had a three film deal with YRF. Apparently after YRF's Love Ka The End, Raj Films asked Shraddha to film Aurangzeb as per the contract. But Shraddha chose Aashiqui 2 and refused to do Aurangzeb. And the contract broke. After that Yash Raj Films did not take Shraddha into any film till date. From then, it was reported that Shraddha and YRF’s Aditya Chopra are not on good terms with each other.

But,she hopes he will call her for a movie someday.

During the shooting of a forthcoming episode of celebrity chat show "Koffee With Karan", Shraddha was asked by host and filmmaker Karan Johar if she still shares a cordial relationship with Chopra.

"He is always going to be my mentor, always," said Shraddha.

Karan johar asked - "So, no matter what water ran through that bridge it's all okay now?"

Shraddha responded by saying: "Well! I am just waiting for the day when he calls me and tells me, 'Shraddha I want you in a film'.

Is it true or false that Aditya Roy Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor have made their debuts with Aashiqui 2?

 Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor were no debutants in Aashiqui 2.

It was just that they had not tasted success before it. Aashiqui 2 was the right kind of hit they required which helped them gain overnight popularity.

Aditya Roy Kapur was popular as a VJ. His transition to films begin with a supporting role in London Dreams.

He took the role partly because it allowed him to travel to London to play a guitarist. This was followed with his roles in Action Replay and Guzaarish and finally, Aashiqui 2.

On the other hand, producer Ambika Hinduja (friend of Shraddha Kapoor’s brother Siddhant) spotted Shraddha’s photos on Facebook. She was guided for an audition which led her signing a three film deal with Yashraj Films. Her first release was Teen Patti.

Despite being in a contract, Shraddha was doing Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s, My Friend Pinto but was replaced by Kalki after the failure of Teen Patti. Her second release was Luv Ka The End.

The third film in her Yashraj contract was Aurangzeb but this time Shraddha breached the contract and chose Aashiqui 2 over Aurangzeb.

A lot happened between the beginning of their careers and the beginning of their success.

Why is Shraddha Kapoor considered a boring and overrated actress?

 I find her as a boring actress because of her repetitive and monotonous roles. You may find heras not boring because of her beautiful face.

So, I'm not sure about boring, but she's definitely overrated.

She's a product of nepotism.

She made her debut with teen patti and Luv ka the end, she was unnoticed.

Then she came up with Ashiqui 2 , which made her the world recognize her.

Then she was in fire and produced the films like Ek villain, Haider, ABC 2 .

She has played the role of girl next door in 90% of her films.

Ok, Haseena Parker and Stree are exceptional. But Haseena parkar is a flop only because of her acting skills and writing.

 1. Shraddha Kapoor was offered a lead role for a movie by Salman Khan when she was 16. However, she rejected the offer during that time to continue focussing on her studies.

2. She scored over 95% in her higher secondary examinations but doesn't call her a good student. According to her, she was once poor in academics but strived her before her 12th grade exam.

3. She got the offer for her first film through Facebook. Producer Ambika Hinduja decided to cast her in the movie 'Teen Patti' after seeing her photos in Facebook.
