जगच्च सभुत त्वत्तो नान्या गतिः प्रिये ।
उत्पत्तिस्थितिसहारा वर्तते त्वयि सर्वदा ॥ ५६
❝ Bhagwān Śiva said : O my Beloved Goddess, the entire manifested universe has no refuge other than You. The processes of creation, sustenance, and dissolution always exist in You at all times.❞
ऋते भवत्या जगत परित्राता न विद्यते ।
कृत्यमेव तदेव भो दैत्यासुर-निसूदनि ।। ६०
❝Except for You, O Parvati, there is no protector of the world. Indeed, that alone is the true function, O slayer of Daityas and Asuras.❞
विष्णुस्त्वमसि हे शान्ते त्व विभुब्रह्मण शिव ।
त्वमोंकार-वषट्कारौ गायत्री-प्रणवान्विता ।। ६१
❝You are Viṣṇu, O Peaceful One; You are the all pervading Brahman and Śiva. You are the sacred Oṃkāra, the Vaṣaṭkāra, and are endowed with the Gāyatrī and the Praṇava (Oṃ).❞
सावित्री प्रसवित्री च सन्ध्या देवी सरस्वती ।
लक्ष्मीस्तुष्टि क्षमा शान्तिर्मेधा मङ्गलदायिनी ॥ ६२
❝You are Sāvitrī, the source of creation; Sandhyā; Sarasvatī; Lakṣmī; tuṣṭi; kṣamā; śānti; medhā; and the bestower of auspiciousness.❞
वरण्ये वरदे देवि सुरसिद्धार्त्तनाशिनि ।
विद्याधरवराध्यक्षे ब्रह्मविष्णुशिवार्च्चिते ।। ६३
❝O Goddess, you are worthy of adoration and bestower of boons. You are the destroyer of the sufferings of the gods and siddhas. O supreme ruler of the Vidyādharas! You are worshipped by Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and Śiva.❞
प्रसीद त्व जगन्मातर्निष्कले ब्रह्मवादिनि ।
योगिनी योगसिद्धा त्व संग्रामे विजयप्रदा ।। ६४
❝Be gracious, O Mother of the Universe and revealer of Brahman. You are the Yoginī, perfected in Yoga, and the giver of victory in battle.❞
दुर्गे ! सकलपापघ्ने व्यवहार-जयप्रदा ।
जले स्थले च पाताले त्रैलोक्ये सचराचरे ।। ६५
❝O Durgā, destroyer of all sins and giver of success in worldly affairs, You are present in the waters, on the earth, in the netherworld, and throughout the three worlds with all moving and unmoving beings.❞
स्थूले सूक्ष्मे विरूपे वा रूपे अद्भुत गोचरे ।
त्रात्रारमन्य पश्यामि त्वदृते नाऽतिपापिनाम् ।। ६६
❝In the gross, the subtle, the formless, or the wondrously manifest forms, I see no protector other than You, even for the gravest sinners.❞
तेजस्वि प्रस्थिते देवि सिद्धान्त प्रभवाव्यये ।
बलिमासप्रिये नित्य सूर्य आपूर्यदर्शने ।। ६७
❝O radiant Goddess, eternal source of all established doctrines, imperishable One, beloved of sacrificial offerings, eternally manifest like the rising sun.❞
क्षेत्रे क्षेत्रक्षितीशाना ऋग्-यजु-साम-भूषिते ।
आर्या कात्यायनी गौरी त्वा बदन्ति मनीषिण ।। ६८
❝O Sovereign of all sacred fields, adorned with the Ṛg, Yajur, and Sāma Vedas, the wise call You Āryā, Kātyāyanī, and Gaurī.❞
आदिसर्गेऽपवर्गे त्व त्वत्त कारण कारणा ।
सभवन्ति प्रलीयन्ते त्वयि ब्रह्म जगत्र्यम् ।। ६९
❝In the beginning of creation and in dissolution, You are the Cause of all causes. In You, the three worlds arise and dissolve as Brahman.❞
लीलया व्यवहारेण परिणामविवर्जिते ।
त्रायस्व विबुधान् भूय कालत्रय नमस्कृते ।। ७०
❝O Changeless One, who acts through divine play yet remains free from all transformation, protect the gods once again, O You who are worshipped in the past, present, and future.❞
सहस्रयुगपर्यन्त नान्त तव विदु सुरा ।
त्रिनेत्राभिहित स्तोत्र प्रोवाच प्रहसन् शिव ॥ ७१
❝Even after thousands of yugas, the gods do not know Your limit. Having thus spoken this hymn, the three-eyed Śiva smiled.❞
