Lord Shiva has 11 forms of Rudras
Meaning : Rudra means one who destructs. It means , one who destructs negativity and evil.
Hinduism adores ,Lord Brahma as creator, Lord Vishnu as preserver and Lord Shiva as destroyer.
Eleven : These eleven Rudras (Ekadash Rudra) have specific functions and features.
Rudra means Lord Shiva, the ultimate transformer.
Kapali means the skull-bearing Shiva.
Pingala means the amber colored Lord Shiva
Bhima means the gigantic Shiva.
Virupaksha means the omniscient , three eyed and all-seeing Shiva.
Vilohita means the fiery red colored Shiva.
Aja means the unborn Shiva.
Ahirbudhnya means the cosmic serpent.
Shambhu means the peaceful Shiva.
Chanda means the fearsome Shiva.
Bhava means Shiva , the creator of existence.
Facts : Shiva, the eternal auspiciousness, has neither birth nor end.
Lord Hanuman is proverbially adored as an incarnation of 11th Rudra (Bhava)
