What is the story of Lakshmanaa (daughter of Duryodhana)?

Sambh and Laxmanaa

Sambh was son of Krishna and Jambavati and Laxmanaa was daughter of Duryodhana and Bhanumati. Duryodhana had organised a Swayamvar for her and every king and Prince was invited. During her Swayamvara, Sambha fell in love with her beauty and forcibly abducted her from her Swayamvara. Duryodhana along with Bhishma, Karna etc. captured Sambha and put him in jail. The agony of Laxmana is not mentioned but surely she would have been traumatized by her sudden forced abduction and she knew once a princess was abducted, she belonged to that person only.

Krishna and Yadavas got angry and decided to attack Kurus but Balram told them he would talk first and he hoped due to soft relationship between him and Duryodhana he would eventually set Sambh free and send him to Dwarka with Laxmanaa.

But, when Balram came, Kaurvas denied the match and Balram got really angry and with his leg he split open the Earth. Kauravas got terrified of his anger and they released Sambha, married Laxmanaa with Sambh and sent them respectfully after giving StriDhan (StriDhan was not Dowry).

Balram came back with the newly wedded couple and Balram’s this accomplishment was celebrated.

Laxmanaa was Sambha’s favourite wife and she accepted her fate and eventually fell in love with Sambh. They had a peaceful marriage.
