What is something at which India is far better than other developed nations?

My brother had moved to Netherlands for his higher studies and returned to India for his Christmas+ New Year+ Pongal vacation recently. Coming back to India after 3 years and the first thing he did was to install BHIM / GPay in his mobile phone.

This has become so indispensable to us in India that we don't realise it untill we see our own struggling to make payments without it. It's highly inconvenient to use other modes of payment unless you have no choice.

The digital revolution and mobile revolution in India has been talked about a lot amongst those who live here. But it's true impact can be felt only when you leave India and return after significant time.

My brother is a complaint box. He complaints about everything Indian and yet he acknowledged India’s fintech revolution only when he was forced to live without it for 3 years.

Not just payments, India has been using the Fintech as a base to build other digital public services - medicine, commerce, KYC, vaccines, education to as simple as ordering groceries.
